End of Dust Problem in Intake Pits

UNDESIRED DUSTS AND ENVIRONMENT POLLUTION
High amounts of dust and particles come during product unloading from the trucks. Therefore, a dirty air is created around intake pit area and it threatens health of the employees. In addition to these, since it is easily moved with the wind, it does not pollute external areas around it and it does not cause a general complaint. It is very important to use dust aspiration systems in intake pits located in grain storage facilities. Thanks to this, it will be end of undesired dusts and filtered dusts will be located in different places when it is wanted, and if it is not wanted, filtered dusts will be discharged automatically to intake pit.

INTAKE PIT DUST COLLECTION SYSTEMS
Intake pit dust aspiration systems are the ones being operated with jet pulse technic in general and making filter cleaning by using pressurized air. Undesired dusts arising during product discharge to intake pit, are vacuumed by cabinets or fume hoods located at sides. This vacuumed dust accumulates in the cartridge filters. Accumulated dust is cleaned by means of pressurised air and solenoid pulse valve. If it is wanted, dust can be stored in a different place through pneumatic systems or spiral. It is easy to clean and maintain thanks to cartridge filters.
