Intake Pit Dust Aspiration Systems have been designed to prevent damage on environment due to dust and particles arising during unloading vehicles. This system provides maximum efficiency with minimum energy consumption.
Dusts arising during product flow to intake pit bunker, are taken into the unit with blowers. Dust particles in the air drawn into the unit adhere to the cartridge filter and clean the air. Clean air is sent out at the emission rate in accordance with environmental legislation. Accumulated dust particles are separated from the filter cartridges and fall down thanks to pressurised air supplied from the upper air tank downwards at certain intervals. Falling dust is taken out of the system with the help of an air lock.
